• Experience with AWS Services, RDS, Aurora, VPC, IAM
• Experience with database PostgreSQL, MySQL and Oracle
• Experience in AWS SCT/DMS Services
• Experience in Maintaining documentation for operational processes, runbooks, and SOPs
• Experience in Modifying RDS parameters (e.g., parameter groups, instance classes), manage users and access controls (IAM, DB-level permissions), handle elevated access requests (e.g., temporary admin access)
