Finance & Treasury Manager

Your Main Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing short/long term cash flows and treasury operations of Schindler Turkey
  • Providing solutions for the improvement of Credit & Collection processes
  • Ensuring accurate and timely reporting of cash flow, FX exposures, and liquidity
  • Leading the relationship with banks and financial institutions
  • Leading A/R collection process and dealing with internal / external customers
  • Following up the process of bank guarantee letters with direct reports
  • Managing intercompany and third party supplier payments
  • Cooperates with internal and external auditors and partners
  • Net working capital management, strategic planning and enforcement of internal control framework
  • Assessing collection risks and following up actions to mitigate impact on business performance
  • Monitoring compliance to company policies, internal controls and regulations
  • Managing SAP Treasury and Banking modules in collaboration with IT & SAP support teams
 

What You Bring

Education:       University degree in Economics, Finance-Accounting or relevant fields.

Master’s degree or MBA is an asset.

Language:        Excellent written and spoken English

Work Experience:

  • Minimum 8 years of professional experience on financial positions; minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant managerial position
  • Experience in the working environment of an international company is essential
  • Ability to operate in a matrix organization with country, regional and corporate interaction
  • Sound commercial understanding and business partnership approach
  • Developed skills in coordinating and motivating the department’s personnel
  • MS Office and SAP knowledge is required
  • Experience in Construction Accounting and Project Accounting is plus
