We’re on the lookout for a Senior People Advisor/Employee Relations Specialist to be the go-to partner for all things people-related in our North America People Hub Shared Services team.

This role is a mix of Employee Relations wizardry (think coaching managers, navigating tricky conversations, and ensuring compliance is always on point) and People Advisor magic (supporting HR operations, answering employee questions, and helping us deliver an amazing colleague experience).

🎢 What You’Ll Be Doing:

• Be the first point of contact for ER cases—triaging, tracking, and supporting fair resolutions.
• Coach and guide managers on employee performance, engagement, and policy interpretation.
• Partner with ER teams and Legal to keep everything consistent, compliant, and positive.
• Jump in to support our People Advisor team during busy times—because teamwork makes the dream work!
• Spot opportunities to improve our processes, tools, and employee experience.

Qualifications & Experience

✨ What We’Re Looking For:

• 3–5 years of HR experience with strong Employee Relations and HR Ops exposure.
• Someone who knows their way around ServiceNow (or similar systems).
• A trusted advisor who can balance empathy with accountability.
• Strong communicator, collaborator, and problem-solver.
• A natural at staying cool under pressure while bringing positivity to the table.
