Reporting to the Pacific Sales Manager – Service, this role is pivotal in driving strategic growth, strengthening client relationships, and promoting our industrial service and equipment solutions across the Pacific region.

Job Description

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with major accounts
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across service, equipment, and modernisation offerings
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional service delivery
  • Manage forecasts, reporting, and CRM-based sales activities
  • Serve as the primary contact for project-based sales execution

  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing

  • Possess excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Value safety, compliance, and quality in every customer interaction
  • Proven ability to build long-term client relationships and identify growth opportunities
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and project-based account management
  • Strong commercial acumen with negotiation and closing skills
  • Valid driver’s licence (essential for client site visits)
  • Desirable: Knowledge of overhead cranes, hoists, or relevant Australian Standards
  • Thrive in collaborative environments and take initiative
