About The Role:

We’re looking for a hands-on IT professional to help build and support the foundation of Clutch’s technology infrastructure. You’ll be the go-to person for all things IT — from network setup and hardware support to process improvement and employee enablement.

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to shape how IT operates across the company, working closely with leadership to understand needs and implement practical, scalable solutions. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both problem-solving and building systems that make people’s work easier.

What You’Ll Do:

IT & System Administration 

  • Provide responsive, friendly support for staff across multiple offices and channels
  • Provision, configure, and decommission laptops/workstations (Windows/macOS/Linux) and mobile devices (MDM).
  • Administer identity & access; manage SSO, MFA, groups, and permissions. Onboard/offboard employees: accounts, hardware, access, and training
  • Manage and set up windows workstations
  • Monitor and maintain networks (Wi-Fi/LAN/VPN); basic switch/AP configuration and diagnostics.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues (PCs, Macs, printers, switches, cameras, APs, etc.).

  • Set up, configure, and maintain rack-mounted switches, UniFi devices, and wireless networks.
  • Manage MDM suites for device provisioning, remote wiping, and inventory tracking.
  • Support meeting rooms and collaboration tools (Zoom/Teams/Meet), printers, and peripherals.

Infrastructure & Process Development

  • Develop and document standard operating procedures for IT processes.
  • Implement basic IT asset management systems and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Recommend and deploy tools for monitoring, ticketing, and automation.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to identify needs and deliver effective solutions.

Foundations & Enablement

  • Establish scalable processes for onboarding/offboarding, access management, and hardware lifecycle.
  • Create clear, easy-to-follow guides and educational content for employees on IT best practices.
  • Identify pragmatic, cost-effective ways to strengthen the company’s technical environment.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on IT support or systems administration experience.
  • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and experience with UniFi/Arista devices.
  • Experience managing and troubleshooting Windows and macOS environments.
  • Familiarity with MDM tools (e.g., Jamf, Kandji, Intune) and asset management platforms.
  • Ability to independently diagnose, prioritize, and resolve IT issues across multiple locations.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the GTA.
