Overview
Position: Broker Product Analyst
Location: U.S. Remote
Pay: up to $80k
Position Summary:
The Product Analyst has a complete understanding and thorough knowledge of mortgage products and pricing as well as effectively read and understand mortgage underwriting guidelines and rate sheets.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Review, research, and respond to product inquiries and product guidelines, questions, through a Scenario Desk environment.
- Manage Scenario Desk inbox and respond to inquiries from all internal and external customer groups within a timely manner.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to position New American Funding as a leader and industry expert.
- Assist Product Development Team with execution of new product implementations.
- Ensure compliance with New American Fundings policies, processes and practices.
- Create, update, implement and maintain any and all product guidelines and eligibility requirements.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of mortgage loan processing, compliance, investor products and underwriting guidelines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service orientation.
- Ability to multi-task, effectively prioritize tasks and responsibilities, effective time management.
- Strong analytical skills; effective decision-making skills with the ability to appropriately exercise independent judgment.
- Strong ability to synthesize and communicate results of data analysis

- Ability to work independently, as well as effectively function as a member of the Product Development Team.
