Job Description

Arthur Grand Technologies is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Delivery Lead / Project Delivery – Contract – Detroit, MI for one of our clients.

• Job role: IT Delivery Lead II
• Location: Detroit, MI – (Hybrid – onsite)

Duration: 6 months

Engagement Description –
responsible for the planning, development, implementation, and realization of business value for project efforts that utilize information technology solutions. Delivery Leads, oversee and ensure the successful delivery and
management of a single or multiple initiatives and/or projects within scope, quality, time, and cost.
 

Top 3 Required Skills/Experience –

• Build, Manage and track against project budget
• Report and track on project performance and ensure business value
• Drive Project delivery

Required Skills/Experience – The rest of the required skills/experience.  Include:  

• Assemble project plans and work assignments, directs and monitors work efforts, identifies resource needs, ensures business value is delivered, and escalates issues appropriately.
• Monitor and manage project RAID logs
• Determine staffing requirements and forms project teams
• Leverage project management methodologies and various software development lifecycle frameworks
• Track and report project milestones and provide status reports to project sponsors

Preferred Skills/Experience – Optional but preferred skills/experience.  Include: 

• Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies
• Ability to communicate technical and business topics in a clear and relevant way
• Develop and distribute project schedules

Education/Certifications – Include:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5 years of IT Delivery lead experience
• At least 2 years of leadership experience and project management
