Job Description:

eProductivity Software is a global leader in delivering innovative software solutions for the packaging industry. Our Bangalore R&D division is at the forefront of developing high-performance, scalable technologies that power mission-critical products like PrintFlow.

We’re looking for a Principal Engineer with deep backend expertise to join our team and play a pivotal role in the enhancement, support, and modernization of PrintFlow Classic, a core scheduling solution trusted by leading Print & Packaging customers worldwide.

What You’Ll Do

• Lead backend development and maintenance of PrintFlow Classic
• Enhance existing features and ensure high system reliability and performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
• Work with legacy technologies (VB5) for a fixed period, with a focus on modernization.

What You Bring:

• 10+ years of experience in backend development
• Strong proficiency in .NET (C#)and SQL Server
• Willingness to work with VB5 during transition phase
• Experience in enterprise-grade software development
• Excellent problem-solving and architectural skills
• Passion for clean code, performance optimization, and scalable design.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Print or Packaging industry solutions
• Familiarity with scheduling or production planning systems
• Exposure to modernization projects or legacy system migration
