Partner & Ceo Opportunity: Full-Service Landscaping & Hardscaping

Are you an ambitious leader with a proven track record in the landscaping, construction, or recurring service industry, ready to step into a significant ownership role and drive the future of a thriving business? Have you envisioned owning your own full-service outdoor firm but desire a strong foundation and strategic support?

Mainshares Capital is seeking a Partner & Chief Executive Officer to lead a well-established, high-demand landscaping and hardscaping company. This business boasts a long-standing reputation for excellence across residential and commercial sectors. Its robust service model includes lawn maintenance, comprehensive landscape design and installation, hardscaping (brick pavers, concrete), and high-volume snow removal. This is a unique opportunity to partner in the ownership and operation of a resilient business.

As a Partner & CEO, you'll benefit from a competitive compensation structure that includes substantial equity in the company, allowing you to build significant wealth as the business grows, alongside attractive bonus opportunities.

What You Can Expect

  • Strategic Partnership & Support: While you'll be the ultimate decision-maker, you’ll gain access to Mainshares Capital’s robust platform of services, advisors, and vendors. This includes mentorship and guidance from seasoned owners and operators in the construction and recurring services sectors, providing valuable insights as you manage a high-impact business.
  • Uncapped Growth Potential: This opportunity offers the chance to directly impact the trajectory of a successful services operation, driving significant growth in densely populated areas. You'll have the autonomy to expand the commercial service base (corporate offices, warehouses, retail) and increase the scope of hardscaping projects, with the financial rewards of ownership directly tied to your success.
  • Meaningful Ownership & Impact: You'll be at the helm of a respected small business, making critical operational and strategic decisions. Your leadership will directly shape the company's future, its impact on clients with essential year-round services, and the well-being of its employees, embodying our mission to foster robust small businesses.

About The Opportunity

This company has built a strong reputation for excellence across a wide service area characterized by dense residential and commercial development. The business model is highly resilient, offering year-round revenue through comprehensive maintenance services, specialized hardscaping installations (brick pavers, concrete), and a strong focus on snow removal during winter. This company is ready for a dedicated leader to build upon its decades of success and strong customer loyalty.

Who We Are Looking For

We're searching for a highly driven, detail-oriented, and experienced leader in the landscaping, construction, or property services fields. The ideal candidate will possess the entrepreneurial spirit to lead and significantly grow this business, balancing recurring service operations with high-value project work. This role requires a hands-on approach to strategic planning, operational execution, and team leadership.

Essential Qualifications

  • Industry Leadership: 7+ years of comprehensive experience in the landscaping, hardscaping, or residential construction, with a proven track record of managing and scaling operations.
  • Operational Excellence: Deep understanding and hands-on experience with all core service lines, including lawn maintenance, landscape construction, hardscaping (concrete/pavers), and high-volume snow removal.
  • Business Development Acumen: Demonstrated success in client relationship management, securing both recurring commercial contracts and high-value residential projects, estimating, and capitalizing on market opportunities.
  • Team Leadership: Proven experience in leading and motivating multiple crews and project managers, fostering a productive work environment, and ensuring high standards of craftsmanship and safety.
  • Financial & Business Management: Significant experience in small business management, including budgeting, financial analysis, P&L responsibility, and strategic planning to maximize profitability across diversified service lines.
  • Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of landscaping techniques, hardscape materials, and equipment management.
  • Regulatory Understanding: A solid understanding of relevant local regulations, safety standards (OSHA), and permitting processes for hardscaping and snow removal.
