Who We Are Looking For

We are searching for an experienced, operations-focused leader with a proven ability to scale a business, manage specialized teams, and leverage exclusive product lines. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial mindset and a hands-on approach to strategic planning and business development, specifically targeting the commercial and new territory expansion opportunities.

Essential Qualifications

• Industry Leadership: 7+ years of comprehensive experience in the remodeling, construction, or specialized home services industry, with a proven track record of managing and delivering projects.
• Operational Excellence: Deep understanding of and experience in managing specialized installation processes, project scheduling, quality control, and maximizing team efficiency.
• Business Development Acumen: Proven success in direct sales, client relationship management, and a strong ability to develop and execute a strategy for entering new commercial markets and expanding geographic territories.
• Financial & Business Management: Direct experience with P&L oversight, budgeting, and strategic planning to maximize profitability within a services context.
• Team Leadership: Proven ability to build, lead, and motivate specialized installation teams and office staff.
• Regulatory Understanding: Familiarity with construction regulations, safety protocols (OSHA), and best practices.
