About The Role
Dandy is hiring an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join the Utah based manufacturing facilities of our rapidly growing venture-backed company. Help us build out our new Provo facility while supporting our experienced technicians in Lehi. As a trusted advisor to plant leadership, the HRBP will provide strategic and tactical support across all HR functions, including change management, employee relations, talent management, performance coaching, policy implementation, workforce planning, and employee engagement. This is an onsite role and time will be split between both the Lehi and Provo locations.
What You'Ll Do
- Partner with plant leadership to understand business goals and provide HR guidance and support in alignment with organizational strategy.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues; conduct thorough and objective investigations as needed.
- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Support recruitment and onboarding efforts for plant roles, working closely with Talent Acquisition.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and support retention strategies tailored to a manufacturing workforce.
- Act as a resource for HR policy interpretation and compliance, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local labor laws.
- Collaborate with leadership on organizational development, including succession planning, workforce planning, and change management.
- Assist with managing time and attendance, absenteeism, and leave administration (FMLA, ADA, etc.).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation in our HRIS.
- Support training and development initiatives that enhance team capability and improve operational performance.
- Analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover, engagement, absenteeism) and provide actionable insights to plant leadership.
- What We're Looking For
- Collaborate with leadership on organizational development, including succession planning, workforce planning, and change management.

- What We're Looking For
- 5+ years experience in Human Resources, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment consisting of 300+ employees
- Ability to build rapport and serve as a trusted partner to site leadership and employees; influence and drive HR strategic actions and inclusive culture
- Experience in implementing and enforcing HR policies and processes
- Thorough knowledge of and experience applying relevant legal/compliance regulations (ADA, FMLA, EEO, etc)
- Proficient in various HRIS tools (UKG experience a plus)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Experience creating HR policies and processes from the ground up
- Experience supporting employees across multiple shifts/schedules (24/7)
- Demonstrated ability to get up to speed quickly and begin building at lightning speed
- Proficient in various HRIS tools (UKG experience a plus)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
