Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with sales leadership to support a consistent and accurate forecasting and pipeline management process
- Analyze and identify efficiencies to drive sales performance; provide accurate on-time reporting/analysis to support Account Executives coaching from the VP and RVP
- Craft data stories through presentations, written summaries, and data visualisations that accurately present quarterly performance and outline problem statements
- Optimize and segment territories, including setting quotas, evaluating sales capacities, supporting cross-functional collaboration and facilitating quarterly business reviews
- Support ongoing implementation and roll out of any new tools that will support our Sales organization
- Drive data quality, process and automation activities that improve data and process efficiencies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in sales operations/business operations in Enterprise SaaS based companies
- Strong working experience in SFDC and various Business intelligence tools such as SFDC Dashboard, Tableau, etc.
- Strong business acumen, including experience communicating cross-functionally to achieve business goals
- Highly motivated, self-starter, strategic/analytical thinker with a can-do attitude, flexibility to accommodate evolving business needs and a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment with a hands-on approach and demonstrated ability to multi-task
- Good verbal and written communicator
- Fluency in English and Japanese language are required
