Welcome to the future of cloud networking and security!
Cato Networks is the first company to converge enterprise networking and security into one centralized and global service that is delivered by cloud. It is led by networking and security pioneer Shlomo Kramer (Check Point, Imperva) and early investor (Palo Alto Networks, Exabeem, Trusteer and more). Cato’s unique technology inspired a brand-new product category, later named “SASE” by Gartner and a market expected to reach $25 billion by 2027.
This is your opportunity to get on the rocket ship and join a company that is building a cutting-edge enterprise network and secure cloud platform, and is on a fast track to becoming the worldwide market leader – don’t miss it!
About Aim Security
AIM Security, now part of Cato Networks, is an emerging leader in the red-hot AI security space. Our platform helps organizations protect the AI they use, build and run, everywhere! We are fast-paced, dynamic and thrive on creativity, collaboration, and a passion for making a real impact. Following its acquisition, Aim operates as an “independent speedboat” within Cato Networks, a fast-growing Gartner Magic Quadrant leader in the Secure Access and Service Edge (SASE) market.
About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Head of Product Marketing to lead Aim Security’s product marketing and define how we position, message, and bring our AI security products to market. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer of Aim, this leader will be responsible for shaping Aim’s narrative, driving go-to-market strategy, and enabling sales success through compelling messaging, positioning, and competitive differentiation.
This role is at the intersection of product, marketing, and sales - requiring a strong storyteller who can translate deep technical innovation into clear, differentiated value for enterprise security buyers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and drive product positioning and messaging that clearly differentiates Aim Security in the rapidly evolving and highly competitive AI security market.
- Develop compelling content, from sales tools such as presentations, datasheets and battlecards to thought leadership blogs and videos
- Develop impactful product launches - owning launch strategy, messaging, content, and coordination across teams to ensure successful market entry and adoption.
- Manage analyst relations, building and maintaining strong relationships with key industry analysts (e.g., Gartner, Forrester, IDC) to influence market perception, validate product positioning, and secure leadership recognition in relevant reports.
- Partner with sales enablement to ensure sales teams and partners can effectively articulate Aim’s value proposition through training, competitive insights, and playbooks.
- Lead customer and market research to inform messaging, positioning, and roadmap prioritization, and to ensure Aim maintains thought leadership in AI security.
- Collaborate with demand generation and field marketing teams to create content and campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline.
- Build and lead a small but high-performing team of product marketing managers. This role will start off as an individual contributor but we expect to grow the product marketing team in 2026.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in product marketing for B2B technology companies.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity (and ideally AI) market trends, buyer personas, and competitive dynamics.
- Combination of strategic thinking that translates product vision into actionable marketing programs with roll-up your sleeves execution to create deliverables of the highest standard.
- Proven success developing positioning and messaging that resonates with enterprise security audiences (CISOs, security architects, etc.).
- Demonstrated experience leading go-to-market strategies and major product launches in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Exceptional storytelling, communication, and presentation skills—able to simplify the complex and inspire both internal and external audiences.
Cato Networks is an equal opportunity employer. We welcome and encourage diversity in the workplace regardless of race, gender, religion, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or veteran status.
