Full Time
At Squarespace, we empower product teams to solve meaningful customer and business problems. We’re looking for a Staff Product Manager to lead Acuity Channels, the team responsible for expanding the reach and impact of Acuity businesses through partnerships, integrations and next-generation distribution platforms, from embedded booking to emerging AI, LLM, and agentic channels that make it effortless for users to book from anywhere.
As the team responsible for Acuity Scheduling helps entrepreneurs manage appointments effortlessly so they can focus on what they love. As the product lead for Channels, you’ll shape how Acuity-powered services are discovered, booked, and experienced across the web; connecting businesses to their clients wherever they are. This role sits at the intersection of product, partnerships, and platform strategy, driving the vision for how Acuity integrates into the broader digital ecosystem. You’ll design and negotiate integrations that scale, align architectures between Acuity and our partners, and ensure that every collaboration advances our strategic goals and delivers measurable business outcomes.
You’ll operate as a strategic and technical bridge, balancing external partnership dynamics with internal priorities, advocating for Acuity’s objectives, and translating between systems, data models, and organizations. The result: a more open, discoverable, and connected scheduling experience that drives growth for millions of businesses.
This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days a week in our Aveiro, Portugal office. You will report to the Senior Group Product Manager on the Acuity Scheduling team.
You'Ll Get To
- Own the product vision and roadmap for Acuity’s distribution and syndication capabilities, defining how Acuity inventory appears both on and off-platform.
- Act as the strategic bridge between Acuity and our partners: negotiating priorities, aligning technical roadmaps, and ensuring integration decisions drive measurable business outcomes.
- Translate across domains: mapping our platform’s data and architecture to partner systems to ensure seamless interoperability and consistent user experiences.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and business development to deliver scalable, extensible integrations that power growth.
- Drive impact through influence: balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders while maintaining a clear focus on Acuity’s strategic goals and success metrics.
- Explore emerging channels including AI assistants, search, and vertical-specific marketplaces to identify new opportunities for distribution and customer acquisition.
Who We’Re Looking For
- 9+ years of Product Management experience, with deep ownership of platform, API, or ecosystem products.
- Demonstrated experience identifying and growing net new distribution channels.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex external partnerships, aligning incentives and negotiating trade-offs to achieve business results.
- Strong technical fluency, able to engage in architectural discussions, understand data models, and translate between engineering and partner constraints.
- Proven track record of driving adoption and growth through integrations, distribution channels, or multi-sided platforms.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills; comfortable representing the product to senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
