Overview

We are seeking a Senior Flutter Engineer with extensive experience in enterprise level companies working with complex systems. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong leadership and communication skills. In this role you will lead multi-platform projects, mentor junior engineers, and work directly with clients to shape and deliver impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of robust and maintainable Flutter applications.
• Engage directly with clients to gather requirements, define solutions and ensure delivery aligns with business goals.
• Balance multiple priorities and adapt to changing client needs.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, ownership and proactive problem-solving within the team.
• Mentor junior engineers.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing both internally and outside of the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in mobile development, with at least 4 years using Flutter and Dart.
• Proven ability to lead technical projects and deliver production-grade applications.
• Strong understanding of mobile architecture, design patterns and testing strategies.
• Experience with state management using Flutter bloc.
• Experience with backend integration and CI/CD pipelines, as well as strong documentation practices.
• Excellent communication skills. Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Navigates ambiguity with ease.
• Strong time management and prioritization abilities in a fast-paced, multi-project setting.

Mid-Level Engineer (Eng 2-3)

Overview

We are looking for a proactive and motivated Flutter Engineer. As a mid-level engineer, you will be responsible for building high-quality multi-platform applications while collaborating closely with clients and internal teams.

The primary focus of this role is to collaborate with our U.S. based team, including designers, product owners and backend developers to deliver the best digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable and efficient Flutter applications
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand requirements and provide regular updates.
• Participate in code reviews and help maintain and implement best practices across projects.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and proactively suggest solutions.
• Stay up to date with the latest Flutter and Dart developments and tools.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience with Flutter and Dart.
• Some experience with mobile application development in native iOS or Android (desired).
• Understanding of mobile architecture patterns and knowledge of Bloc.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and testing practices.
• Strong communication skills in both technical and client-facing settings.
• A growth mindset with a willingness to learn, take initiative and share knowledge.
