Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Country Strategy by aligning country operations with global and regional goals to drive sustainable growth.
- Cultivate long-term partnerships with key vendors, partners and industry stakeholders.
- Lead and scale cross-functional teams through subordinate leaders, including sales, technical, operations and other functions
- Own the country’s P&L and drive revenue growth, market share and profitability
- Set ambitious sales targets and ensure consistent achievement through networking, coaching, performance management, and pipeline oversight
- Build and maintain relationships with key vendors and partners to drive long-term growth on Croatia market
- Collaborate closely with internal regional and local teams to tailor offerings for the local market
- Lead contract negotiations and high-value deal closures with strategic stakeholders
- Act as the public and internal face of Ingram Micro Croatia , contributing to broader strategic development.
- Monitor risks and opportunities, and adapt strategies to changing market conditions
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Business, Management, Engineering), or a proven blend of academic and professional experience suited to the role’s complexity.
- Minimum 10 years of functional experience, including 7 years in a similar leadership role
- Proven track record of leading and empowering teams, leading sales and multiple departments
- Proven track record of managing P&L and driving business performance
- Strong understanding of local business practices, legal frameworks, and cultural nuances
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills
- Experience in influencing cross-functional teams and driving organizational change.
