We are looking for a Campus Recruitment Specialist to help shape the future of our intern hiring programs in Krakow. In this role you will manage the full-cycle intern recruitment process, coordinate the internship program initiatives and partner with business stakeholders to attract top early-career talent. You will recruit talent in line with the internship recruitment strategy, based on your experience and knowledge of the market.

You will also be part of a global Talent Acquisition team that is passionate about the recruitment and supports one another in achieving great results while enjoying the work we do.

Location: Krakow

Hybrid model 3 days per week in the office /2 days for a parent of a child up to 4 years old

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to generate a strong and diverse candidate pipeline aligned with hiring needs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and hiring managers, build and maintain strong relationships across the organization.
  • Collect business needs, conduct phone interviews and on-demand video interviewing), manage interview schedule, candidate placement and offers.
  • Ensure top candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process.
  • Coordinate internship program (lead onboarding sessions, organize training and networking events for interns, oversee the evaluation process for interns).
  • Provide guidance and support to the Talent Acquisition intern, delegate tasks and monitor successful completion.
  • Track and analyze recruitment activities through recruiter scorecards.
  • Review processes regularly to identify opportunities for improvement and alignment with global HR Programs.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of relevant recruitment experience.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proven relationship management and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills demonstrating professionalism and confidence.
  • Ability to think independently and take ownership of critical issues.
  • Solid project management abilities and experience managing multiple priorities.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with sound judgement.
  • Passionate about recruitment and employer branding.
