We are looking for a Engineering Performance Project Manager  to come onboard in our Engineering Performance  Directorate in Fernando ’s team : a team of 7 collaborators!

Carreer Path : Project management

Your Mission

  • Responsible to coordinate the follow up and resolution non conformities issued from  audits EN9100, ISO 14001 and P21G
  • Identify the root causes of non conformities assigned to the departement and set up associated eradication action plans
  • Identify axis to improve Engineering performance.
  • Set up associated action plans and assure the deployement.

About You

  • University degree or equivalent
  • 5 years experience in a similar function
  • Good knowledge of certifications (EN & ISO)
  • Project management experience
  • Pragmatic, good speaker, organized.
  • Fluent in English and French (Italian is a plus)

Votre Mission

  • Responsable de la coordination du suivi et de la résolution des non-conformités issues des audits EN9100, ISO 14001 et P21G
  • Identifier les causes racines des non-conformités attribuées au département et mettre en place des plans d'actions d'éradication associés
  • Identifier les axes pour améliorer les performances d'ingénierie.
  • Mettre en place des plans d'actions associés et assurer le déploiement.

A propos de vous

  • Diplôme d’études supérieures
  • 5 ans d'expérience dans une fonction similaire
  • Bonne connaissance des certifications (EN & ISO)
  • Expérience en gestion de projet
  • Pragmatique, bon orateur, organisé.
  • Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français (l'italien est un plus)
  • ... mais surtout, vous êtes prêt à prendre votre envol avec nous pour continuer à connecter les communautés et les entreprises et à fournir les meilleurs produits ainsi que le meilleur soutien possible à nos clients !
