We are seeking a junior copywriter to help bring to life creative ideas for a leading Asian brand's sports marketing partnership with one of the world’s most prestigious European football properties. The role centers on shaping compelling narratives and consumer experiences across diverse channels.

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft compelling narratives, scripts, storyboards, annotations, and treatments that bring ideas to life. Execute creative content strategies for sports marketing projects, including video, print, and social media content production.
- Develop and implement omnichannel content strategies to ensure consistent and impactful brand messaging across all platforms
- Leverage big data and customer insights to optimize content strategies and enhance user experience and conversion.
- Monitor sports event trends, identify marketing opportunities, and write creative scripts and project reports.
- Present concepts confidently to internal teams and clients in both Chinese and English —communicating with clarity, structure, and professionalism, ensuring all copy is on-brand, on-message, and tailored to the target audience.
- Engage in the creative process by driving quality briefs, participating in regular reviews, providing constructive feedback, and upholding high creative standards.
- Contribute creative work to pitches and new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Advertising, Media, Sports Management, or related fields preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, content management, or integrated communications; sports marketing background is a plus.
- Familiar with the creative process for video, print, social media, and integrated marketing communications (IMC).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English; capable of independent proposal development and client communication. Proficient in office software; experience with Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop) is a plus.
- Strong market insight and creative thinking; able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong team collaboration and project management skills; able to work cross-functionally.
- Ability to connect digital and offline user experiences; understanding of user behavior and data analytics.
