We are looking for our future Intern to join the Product Development team in our Dublin (Sandyford) office.

The role is offered onsite.

The internship is offered for 6 months, starting in January 2026

Let's talk about the Role :

This role is an internship within the engineering product development team with ResMed Ireland based in Sandyford. Dependant on the internship area offered to the successful candidates this will be either fully on-site or a hybrid role.
The primary role of Engineering function within the Product Development team is to create specifications and designs for new products or improvements and enhancements to existing products. The engineering function works closely with customers, developers and other stakeholders to understand and define customer needs in these designs and features are aligned to a timetable and areas of responsibility. This is a product development position, focusing on cross-functional efforts to bring ResMed’s products and services to market.  You will have the opportunity to get involved and be responsible for your own work activity across the various project offerings.

Let’S Talk About The Responsibilities:

Work within cross functional teams in areas from V&V Testing, Software & Algorithm development and project management
Clear and concise communication of outcomes to internal / external stakeholders
Generate reports and keep documentation up to date 
Develop graphs, analysis reports, and presentations 
Provide clear recommendations based on findings from testing/research

Let’s talk about the Qualifications, Skills and Experience :

Studying for a degree in Engineering, Science, Business or cognate field.
Excellent formal and informal communication skills.
Some experience with a programming language, like python or R.
Ability to present complex information in an understandable and compelling manner
