As Crew Tech Lead in the Customer Domain, you’ll shape the strategic and technical direction of our next-generation Customer Data platforms—critical infrastructure powering intelligent, real-time, and personalised experiences for millions of customers.

Customer Data platform is the critical infrastructure that powers intelligent, real-time, and personalised experiences for millions of customers. As the Crew Tech Lead, you’ll guide a diverse, cross-functional engineering crew, championing delivery excellence, platform scalability, and team growth in a cloud-native Data and AI environment. You’ll play a pivotal role in building solutions that harness data and artificial intelligence to drive innovation, customer intelligence, and enterprise-wide decision-making.
- Lead and manage a high-performing engineering crew, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Shape the technical roadmap for our Customer Data Platform, ensuring alignment with business goals and enterprise architecture.
- Champion engineering best practices, including CI/CD, observability, and secure-by-design principles, across the crew’s delivery lifecycle.
- Drive reusability and platform adoption, enabling faster delivery for product teams through modular capabilities and shared services.
- Collaborate across domains to ensure platform capabilities support enterprise-wide decisioning, financial crime detection, and customer intelligence powered by AI.
- Mentor and develop crew members, providing technical guidance, career support, and constructive feedback to help everyone thrive .
We’Re Interested In Hearing From People Who Have:
- Proven experience in leading engineering teams within large-scale, cloud-native data and AI platform environments.
- A strong background in software engineering and platform architecture, with hands-on experience in real-time data ingestion, transformation, and AI operations.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to modernise legacy systems, influence technical direction and drive platform adoption.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a passion for growing diverse, high-performing engineering communities.
