Job Summary
As a Senior Analyst of GenAI, you will be responsible for supporting the GenAI Center of Excellence within the Enterprise Business Intelligence group. You will ensure GenAI workflows are efficiently being supported through our different tools and platforms around creative content generation, participating in discussions, and supporting leadership and staff with day-to-day operational needs.Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Conduct research and data analysis to support GenAI model development.
- Work with internal business stakeholders and departments for discovery, onboarding, and compliance.
- Build and fine-tune GenAI models using frameworks like Adobe Firefly, Anthropic Claude, and Google Vertex AI for marketing use cases such as product descriptions, ad copy, and customer FAQs.
- Perform prompt engineering and model evaluation for specific business tasks.
- Analyze model outputs for accuracy, bias, and relevance with campaign data to evaluate the impact of GenAI-generated content on engagement and conversion.
- Create dashboards and reports to communicate GenAI insights to stakeholders to visualize GenAI performance across channels and segments.
- Collaborate with data engineers to prepare and clean training datasets.
- Document model assumptions, limitations, and performance metrics.
- Conduct sentiment analysis and brand tone checks on AI-generated content.
- Stay current with GenAI trends in marketing, including multimodal content generation and AI-driven personalization.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for GenAI applications and support for marketers using GenAI tools in campaign planning and execution.
- Document model assumptions, prompt strategies, and content approval workflows.
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing on GenAI best practices, creative experimentation, and training materials on GenAI.
- Develops Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

You Bring:
- 1+ years relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in technology, operations management, business administration, or related field
- Ability to identify, manage, and help mitigate issues and risks
- Highly organized and ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with business and financial principles
The Ideal Match:
- Experience with SaaS or CMS systems a plus
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud, Figma, Microsoft O365 a plus
- Strong IT skills, including database development
- An attitude that is proactive, analytical, and organized
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment

Primary Location Pay Range: $82,982.13 - $124,473.20Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
