At least 5 years of hands-on experience in recommender systems, with solid understanding of system architecture and core components (e.g., recall, ranking, re-ranking, exploration, cold start); 1.Bachelor degree or above in the field of computer science or a related technical discipline； 2.Proficient coding skills and strong algorithm & data structure basis in Java/Scala； 3.Practical experience in one or more related areas such as NLP, Ads, Search, or Machine Learning； 4.Effective communication and teamwork skills, proficiency in mandarin is a plus, as the role involves collaboration with teams based in China.投递
