About the Role and the Client:

MarketStar is looking for an Inside Sales Representative based in Bulgaria (Remote) to be part of the dedicated team for one of our strategic programs, K2G.ai (https://k2g.ai/)

K2G.ai (formerly known as kasko2go) is a Swiss‑based InsurTech company offering advanced AI‑powered analytics for insurance businesses. Established in 2017 and headquartered in Switzerland. K2G is privately owned and operates globally across ~19 countries, including Germany, Switzerland, Poland, the UK, and Greece.

K2G.ai brings together strong AI capabilities and deep insurance domain expertise to empower insurers with real-time, policy-level analytics and data automation. A new marketplace product will be launched soon (https://in-revento.com/).

What Will You Do?  

  • Researching potential customers to shape and build new business.
  • Growing new business through effective communication methods including calling, incoming leads, customer meetings and emails.
  • Effectively manage and prioritize a pipeline of sales opportunities, tracking their progress and ensuring timely follow-ups, qualification and closing.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to maximize the conversion of leads into paying customers.
  • Effectively manage and develop customers so they develop into long term business relationships.
  • Providing effective account management to support your customers technology strategy, implementation, and future requirements.
  • Work with sales tools, G-suite services, Microsoft Office, Linkedin, and Chrome extensions;
  • Handling responses: work with objections, schedule appointments, follow-ups;
  • Ensure your database is updated and contains relevant prospect information;
  • Management and achievement of monthly and quarterly sales KPI goals.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team and our client to identify strategies, and processes to better achieve revenue goals.

What Will You Need To Succeed?  

  • 18 – 24 months SDR in SaaS/ IT Services space mid-market to enterprise.
  • Experience with software vendor, SaaS space or system integrator space is a huge plus.
  • Exceptional skills in prospecting, discovery and presentation.
  • Fluent English speaker.
  • Strong sales aptitude skills, solutions oriented with a passion for the customer and the customer experience.
  • Highly collaborative and results-oriented with proven success in sales attainment and ability to excel in a team environment.
  • Tech-savvy with an affinity for innovative and emerging technology.
  • Self-reliant, adaptable, decisive, and professional; able to effectively multi-task in a dynamic environment.
  • Expert ability to serve as product and service advocate for the client building interest and awareness of client’s value proposition.
  • Ability to quickly articulate technical and business value propositions via phone and email.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including outstanding sales presence and presentation skills.
