We are seeking a skilled Commercial Real Estate Paralegal with a minimum of (5) years of experience to join the Hogan Lovells Commercial Real Estate team. Candidates must possess strong drafting skills and experience with commercial real estate equity transactions, acquisitions, dispositions and financings.
Responsibilities
- Extensive drafting and preparation of commercial real estate documentation in connection with equity joint ventures, land acquisitions/sales, development and financings.
- Provide legal counsel, research and analysis to advise clients in connection with commercial real estate matters and financings.
- Facilitate the closing of real estate transactions through coordination and collaboration with partners, senior associates, clients and 3rd parties.
- Manage deal teams and junior associates at a level commensurate with experience.

- Meet the minimum requirement of 1,650 annual billable hours.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of experience closing multi-site commercial real-estate transactions.
- Proficient in drafting commercial real estate transaction documents.
- Excellent analytical and written communication skills.
- Familiar with standard commercial real estate terminology.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal deal teams and comfortable interacting directly with clients.
- High degree of time management and organizational skills to prioritize/manage multiple projects at various stages of delivery.
- Self-motivated with proven ability to take ownership, initiative, and accountability.
- Positive, pro-active, professional attitude with a team-oriented mindset.
Education & Experience
Jd Required.
- Five (5)+ years of experience in commercial real estate required.
- Experience working in an AM 100 national law firm commercial real department preferred.
Hours
Core hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., with one hour for lunch. Must be flexible to work overtime, as needed.
The annualized salary range for this position is $75,000 to $125,000 depending on the candidate's overall experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. Full time employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus. In addition, full time employees as well as some part time employees, will be eligible for the firm’s fringe benefits as they currently exists.
