The Inside Sales Representative plays an important role within Mobile Solutions, working closely with OEM customers and internal teams. This position, for a 9-months contract with possibility of a permanent contract. This role offers excellent opportunities for learning, growth, and career development within the organization. As part of the Mobile Solutions Sales Team, the Account Specialist collaborates across departments and with external partners, ensuring high-quality service and supporting sustainable business growth.

Your Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships with a focus on delivering an excellent customer experience
- Prepare customer quotations and ensure timely and accurate follow-up
- Conduct basic revenue performance assessments (price, margin, cost) and provide well-informed pricing recommendations
- Manage internal sales tasks with appropriate autonomy and initiative
- Handle customer inquiries (pricing, delivery timelines, product offering, feedback) through effective, professional, and solution-focused communication
- Support APD (Advanced Product Development) project tasks – streamline, derivative, paint & pack, and import – including preparation and participation in internal and external meetings, follow-up actions, and ensuring customer deadlines are met
- Contribute to other duties and responsibilities as needed to support the success of the Sales Team
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1+ year of experience in a customer-focused role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English & French
Preferred Qualifications
- German and/or any additional languages are an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Experience with CRM systems and Oracle
