Cloud Project Engineer - Master Microsoft 365 & Azure Migrations

Your Core Responsibilities:

• Configure end-user devices and enrol users in Entra ID Conditional Access policies.
• Lead OS upgrades, OneDrive data migrations, and troubleshoot Intune enrolment.
• Stay ahead of device management tech on both Windows and Mac platforms.
• Document processes and create client-facing How-To-Guides.
• Collaborate with a team of experts through ongoing training and mentorship.

Who You Are:

• Tech-savvy with proven Windows & Mac troubleshooting skills.
• Experienced in professional IT support, both onsite and remote.
• Committed to certifications like Microsoft 365 Modern Desktop or Enterprise Administrator or actively pursuing them.
• Driven by growth, excellence, and being part of a winning team.
