Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, Communication, Psychology, or related field required.

- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, to create learning opportunities using metrics and research.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), survey platforms, and other educational technology preferred.
