What You’Ll Do:

  • Evaluate patients and develop personalized care plans
  • Deliver therapy services in accordance with physician orders and best practices
  • Educate patients and caregivers on therapy programs and adaptive equipment
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
  • Supervise and guide COTAs, HHAs, and other clinical staff
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with OASIS and PPS guidelines

What You’Ll Need:

  • Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
  • Active, unrestricted OT license in the state of practice
  • Minimum 1 year of clinical experience
  • Willingness to travel within coverage area (up to 50%)
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
  • Ability to lift 50–100 lbs and perform physical tasks
