Perform assignments as identified by assigned internship mentor.

Attend team meetings within the assigned functional area.

Develop and execute processes and procedures, alleviating challenges within the functional area.

Respond to help desk tickets and provide timely resolutions to user issues via phone, email, or in-person support.

Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware, software, and network connectivity problems.

Assist in setting up and configuring computers, peripherals, and user accounts.

Document all support activities, solutions, and processes in the help desk system.

Support basic maintenance of IT systems, including software updates and backups.

Assist with IT inventory management and documentation.

Other relevant tasks as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Must be enrolled as a degree seeking student at an accredited college.
  • Preferred degrees are Information Technology, Computer Science or other closely related fields.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and operating systems (e.g., Windows).
  • Familiarity with common applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
  • Knowledge of basic networking concepts (e.g., TCP/IP, Wi-Fi) is preferred.
  • Motivated self-starter with desire to learn, and ability to work independently and with a team.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
