Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Technical support for all maintenance/shutdown and continuous improvement items for Gas and Chemical operations
- Provide technical and sustaining engineering support in Gas and Chemical Operational areas
- Support infrastructure assessments for Gas and chemicals to maintain long range capital assessments
- Perform testing and troubleshooting of Gas and Chemical equipment working from schematics, diagrams, written/verbal descriptions, or layouts.
- Perform electrical, mechanical or software troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning Gas and Chemical equipment.
- Liaison and key technical knowledge by maintaining sequence of operations, P&IDs, and critical spare parts on Gas and Chemical equipment
- Collaborate with key OEMs to drive support and facilitate new technology into Gas and Chemical equipment
- Provide coordination between cross functional areas for all Gas and Chemical related projects.
Job Qualifications & Experience:
- Strong mechanical and electronics skills
- 5+ years of experience in facilities or semiconductor manufacturing
- Able to interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
- Direct experience and familiarity with EMD series gas delivery systems
- Experience and familiarity with various chemical delivery system OEMs such as Air Liquide and Northlake Controls
- Experience in project coordination related to chemical and gas distribution system startup activities to include Decon/Demo actions
