The Work:
- Work closely with clients, your team and company leaders to learn how their business is working today, build relationships, and contribute to a vibrant and inclusive workplace
- Roll up your sleeves and come up with good ideas on how to improve business processes, drive transformation, and support initiatives in strategic development, process improvement, and organizational change.
- Deliver new technologies and unique business solutions to world class clients
- Analyze project statistics and business data to read the story behind the numbers and inform business decisions.

The work location for this role requires working onsite with our clients and partners or in our offices within Toronto, Montreal, Ottawa and Calgary to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.
Please note that with all our roles, you should expect to be in-person for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities.

Required Qualifications:
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any major with an anticipated graduation date (at the time of application) between December 2025 to August 2026
- If applying for Montreal location, must be fluently bilingual in English and French
- If applying for Ottawa location, must be eligible for Security Clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Major in any subject that has pushed you to think critically and given you opportunities to solve problems (i.e., business, economics, commerce, computer science, engineering, etc.)
- You are analytical - looking at things from all angles and feeling comfortable leading workshops or presenting ideas to a group of people.
- Familiarity with core consulting skills, business processes, organizational strategies, and project management – with an interest in emerging technologies, including GenAI.
- Ability to adjust quickly and confidently when faced with change, engage and enables team members to reach a common goal, seek out answers, drive solutions and get results, and follow through on what you say you’ll do, while also knowing when to ask for help.
- Knowledgeable of programming languages and tools (ex. Python, R, SQL, Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik, SAS/SPSS, TensorFlow, etc.), and prior work or coursework focusing on Data Analysis, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Automation, Analytics Transformation Strategy & Innovation, etc.
English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with English-speaking stakeholders across Canada. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.
