Tritium designs, manufactures, and supports advanced DC fast chargers for electric vehicles around the world. We are growing quickly and need a detail-driven International Logistics Coordinator to keep our global operations moving.
About The Role
This is an on-site role at our Willawong facility.
You will manage international and domestic freight for Tritium’s spare parts and components. The role involves coordinating shipments, liaising with freight forwarders and customs, preparing documentation, and ensuring goods move efficiently and compliantly between countries.
This role suits someone who thrives on precision, problem-solving, and working across multiple time zones and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate road, sea, and air freight for domestic and international shipments.
- Manage booking schedules to meet internal delivery needs.
- Prepare commercial invoices, customs, and shipping documentation.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate Carnet and temporary import processes.
- Track shipments, resolve errors, and provide regular status updates to management and customers.
- Review and improve logistics processes for long-term efficiency.
- Support purchasing and stock movement coordination across global sites
What You’Ll Bring
- Minimum two years’ experience in a logistics or freight coordination role.
- Strong knowledge of international shipping documentation and freight practices.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with NetSuite, NetStock, or Salesforce is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
- Flexibility to work outside standard hours when needed.
- Purchasing experience is highly regarded.
