About The Role:
As a Part-Time Laundry Attendant, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining the impeccable standards of a luxury hotel. You will be responsible for ensuring a constant supply of perfectly cleaned and finished linen for our rooms and suites. This autonomous and active role is perfect for someone with a high-energy approach and expert attention to detail.
- Roster/Hours: Day Shifts – Across Monday to Sunday
- Location: Broadbeach, Gold Coast

You’re someone who has proven experience in a commercial laundry setting and understands the critical importance of speed, quality, and workplace safety. You are flexible, reliable, and ready to contribute to a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Commercial Machine Operation: Safely and efficiently operate industrial-grade washing, drying, and pressing machinery.
- 5-Star Quality: Deliver exceptional laundry cleaning services for all hotel and guest linen.
- Sorting and Handling: Accurately sort used linen and apply appropriate handling and pre-treatment procedures.
- Finishing & Restocking: Perform precise ironing, folding, and re-stocking of clean linen.
- Safety and Logistics: Execute safe manual handling and transporting of laundry loads.
- Compliance: Follow all company policies, procedures, standards, and safe work practices at all times.
What We'Re Looking For:
- Availability: Flexible and available to work across a rotating 7- day roster.
- Experience: Proven experience working in commercial laundry (essential requirement).
- Machine Knowledge: Expertise operating commercial-grade laundry equipment.
- Police Check: Police Check is mandatory for this role.
- Physical Stamina: Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks safely throughout the shift.
- Detail and Organisation: Exceptional attention to detail and strong task management skills.
