Responsibilities:
- Together with the team, you help create legal frameworks that enable innovation and sustainable growth. Your expertise provides the foundation for long-term business success.
- Provide legal advice: You advise our business units across the EMEA region on a broad range of legal matters.
- Draft and negotiate contracts: You review, negotiate, and draft all kinds of contracts, like supply, purchase, service, IT, and license agreements.
- Contribute to strategic projects: You provide strategic and conceptual legal support for projects on the EMEA and global level.
- Share knowledge: You develop and conduct training sessions, particularly on everyday business matters, with a focus on international contract law.
- Monitor legal trends: You observe legal developments and advise on their potential business impact.
- Support dispute resolution: You develop effective solutions in legal disputes in close collaboration with external law firms.
- Drive process improvements: Step by step, you take on compliance topics and support the implementation of internal legal policies.

Qualifications:
- Qualification: You are admitted to practice law in Germany or another EU member state.
- Contract law expertise: You possess solid professional experience in general contract law.
- International mindset: Ideally, you have gained this experience in an international environment (e.g., law firm, manufacturing company), preferably in the automotive sector.
- Commercial law: You are experienced in reviewing, negotiating, and drafting a wide range of commercial agreements.
- Special expertise: Either knowledge of intellectual property and insolvency law as a plus or interested to gain experience in these fields.
- Personality: You are an excellent communicator with strong analytical and solution-oriented skills - both independently and as part of a team.
- Languages: Excellent command of German and English (minimum C1 level); additional European language skills are a plus.
