š About The Job
Omaze is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support our Chief Executive Officer. As the CEO's gatekeeper and main point of contact, you will play an integral role in strategically streamlining their day-to-day operations. We need a team player who is organized, professional, and empathetic.
You will be responsible for managing the CEO's calendar, coordinating aspects of his professional and personal life, and handling communications with investors, board members, entertainment and sports executives, press, brand partners, and more.

- You have tremendous attention to detail. Youāre deeply organised, and bring clarity and action to complex or ambiguous situations.
- You love being a step ahead, anticipating needs before they arise.
- You have stellar written and verbal communication skills, exercise tact, good judgment, and directly relay updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- You are naturally curious and resourceful with an innate ability to research various topics to assist with decision making.
- You bring excellent judgement, discretion and a calm, proactive approach - even under pressure.
- Youāre comfortable having courageous conversations and challenging respectfully to keep priorities on track.
- You enjoy building relationships at all levels and creating bridges between people and teams.
- You ideally have experience supporting CEOās of high growth companies. Strong preference for experience in tech companies.
š§ What Youāll Be Doing
- Prioritize focus for the CEO, creating calm from chaos and ensuring the CEO is always prepared, well-informed, and focused.
- Represent the CEO as his first point of contact via email and phone; answer questions and source information whenever possible
- Act as a strategic sounding board, providing input on key decisions and helping shape agendas for internal and external meetings.
- Lead the coordination of meetings, events, and travel in a way that maximises our CEOās time and energy.
- Work cross-functionally with senior leaders to drive alignment, follow up on key actions, and maintain momentum on high-impact projects.
- Write, edit and prepare briefings, comms, decks and reports, often acting as a first line of review or contributor.
