We are seeking a talented and experienced Sales Director with vast experience in the world of Defense and HLS.
In This Role, You Will:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets across global markets in the HLS/Defense/Multidisciplinary Products industries, including drones
- Find, sign and manage channels and partners in your territory.
- Manage relationships with key clients in international markets and maintain a strong sale pipeline
- Analyze market trends and customer behavior in global markets to identify new sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient sales processes.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
Requirements
The Ideal Candidates Should Have:
- At least 7 years of experience at HLS/Defense Products Industry – must
- Proficiency in English – must
- Knowledge of Spanish or French – a significant advantage
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of market trends and customer behavior in international markets
- Ability to analyze sales data and prepare reports
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
