Jet Pump Field Supervisor - Artificial Lift

Job Overview:

Jet Pump Field Supervisor – Artificial Lift oversees field operations related to artificial lift systems, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery. This role involves supervising field specialists and technicians, coordinating with clients, and ensuring compliance with operational standards and safety protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of artificial lift systems (e.g., Hydraulic lift Jet Pump, rod pumps, PCPs).
• Ensure all field activities are executed according to company procedures and client specifications.
• Lead and mentor field crews, providing technical guidance and performance feedback.
• Schedule and allocate resources effectively to meet project timelines.
• Act as the primary field contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and customer satisfaction.
• Address client concerns and provide technical recommendations.
• Enforce safety standards and ensure all operations comply with HSE regulations.
• Conduct safety briefings and audits regularly.
• Monitor service quality and ensure adherence to operational standards.
• Review and approve field reports, job logs, and performance metrics.
• Prepare detailed reports on job performance, equipment usage, and personnel activities.
• Maintain accurate records for audits and operational reviews.

Skills:

• Strong technical knowledge of artificial lift systems.
• Proven leadership and supervisory experience in oilfield operations.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in remote and challenging environments.
• Familiarity with industry safety standards and protocols.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft office applications.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Petroleum Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in artificial lift operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Hands-on experience with Hydraulic lift Jet Pump, rod pumps, PCPs.
• Valid certifications in HSE, leadership, and equipment handling (preferred).
• Willingness to travel and work on rotational shifts.
