A Postdoctoral Fellow position is available in the laboratory of Dr. Kavitha Sarma. The Sarma lab investigates mechanisms of gene regulation through RNA-containing chromatin using neurodifferentiation and cancer models. Candidates with strong interest in gene regulation, chromatin architecture, epigenetic mechanisms, and non-coding RNA biology are encouraged to apply. Experience in performing and analyzing data from genomic experiments such as RNA-seq, ChIP-seq, CUT&RUN is required.
Candidates should have a PhD (or equivalent) degree and must have at least one first author peer reviewed publication. Interested individuals should apply by submitting:
