Head of Logistics Control, GoGoX Korea

About the Role
The Head of Logistics Control is a key leadership position responsible for the entire systems-based
logistics strategy and execution for GoGoX Korea. This role oversees both our high-velocity on-
demand platform and complex B2B logistics. We are seeking a strategic leader who personally
optimizes processes, manages key relationships, and drives profitability.

What you will deliver

• Strategic Leadership & P&L Ownership: Take full ownership of the LC team's operational P&L while developing and executing the strategic roadmap for the entire delivery and transportation business.
• Supply Network Oversight: Oversee the entire supply network, including the on-demand driver ecosystem and partners. Establish and lead a systematic approach to performance management.
• Client & Service Excellence: Act as the key operational owner for LC team's key B2B accounts to guarantee top-tier service quality. Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve root operational causes of issues, thereby enhancing customer experience.
• Process Optimization & Hands-on Leadership: Drive the continuous improvement of all operational processes, from on-demand dispatch algorithms to B2B Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Build a high-performing team and lead by example in problem-solving.

Who You Are

• 10+ years of experience in platform business or logistics, freight related business (SCM).
• 5+ years of leadership experience, including P&L or budget management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing key accounts and improving customer satisfaction.
• Experience in building and scaling the supply side of a platform business (e.g., driver or partner networks).
• Experience in systematically managing and evaluating 3PLs or transportation partners, including contracts and performance management.
• Strong business acumen with data-driven decision-making skills.
• English fluency a big plus
