About The Role:
Our In-Home Services team are now looking for an In the Home Consultant specialising in Kitchen and Laundry design who can provide ‘Best Experience’ to customers whilst forging strong relationships with our Operations, Leadership and Kitchen Specialists across the Region. As we continue to grow and invest in our In-Home Services now has never been a better time to start your career with Bunnings.
This unique In-Home Consultant role is focused on providing creative and budget friendly designs to customers through one-on-one consultations in their home. With support from your State Home Service Manager, you will develop and implement sales plans in order to target growth opportunities whilst working with our in-store teams on Product Knowledge, Stock Availability and Presentation. You will have a strong knowledge of Kitchen Design whilst having confidence in achieving sales and KPI’s.

What'S Involved:
- Deliver personalised design consultations in customers’ homes
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams
- Identify growth opportunities and implement sales plans
- Provide weekly sales reporting and insights to drive performance
- Stay across competitor activity and market trends
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and business procedures
