Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager- Risk & Compliance - Recruitment
In this role we are looking someone who has end to end Recruitment experience right from designing, developing, sourcing, screening, and onboarding the candidates. 
Responsibilities 
•    Understand and translate SOWs from global hiring leaders
•    Ensure compliance with geo-specific regulations and mandatory checks
•    Act as liaison with global legal leads
•    Partner closely with HRSS to identify and bridge process gaps
•    Gradually deploy Workday in alignment with global standards
•    Engage regularly with global clients on legal, compliance, and operational aspects of recruitment 
Qualifications we seek in you! 
Minimum qualification 
•    Any Graduate with good knowledge of MS Office 
•    Recruitment experience in IT / ITES industry 
•    Extensive experience within a resource acquisition and development function within in IT / ITES industry 
•    Strong local industry knowledge 
Preferred qualification 
•    Understanding of recruiting processes
•    Strong communication; articulate, assertive yet collaborative
•    Ability to challenge stakeholders constructively
•    High on client interaction; must be able to manage global relationships confidently
•    A quality-focused approach; Six Sigma certification / FEMA knowledge would be a strong plus
•    Experience in managing third-party risk
