Overview
We’re looking for a motivated Lead Generation Specialist to help identify new business opportunities and connect with potential clients. You’ll research target markets, find contact information, and qualify leads to support the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Research companies and potential clients in target markets.
- Collect and organize contact details of key decision-makers.
- Reach out via email or phone to verify and qualify leads.
- Keep the CRM updated with all contact and lead information.
- Share qualified leads with the sales or appointment-setting team.
- Meet weekly and monthly lead generation goals.
- Provide feedback to improve outreach strategies.
Requirements
- Experience in lead generation, sales, or customer outreach.
- Strong communication and phone skills.
- Comfortable doing research and organizing data.
- Familiar with CRM tools and spreadsheets.
- Able to work independently and meet targets.
- Persistent, organized, and goal-oriented
