Job Description:

You’ll join a high-growth recruitment company as their go-to content creator, working directly with marketing leadership to produce engaging materials that drive results across multiple brands. This role offers the perfect blend of creative freedom and strategic impact, where you’ll transform existing templates into compelling content that supports both social media presence and internal sales teams. You’ll be treated as a core team member with direct access to leadership and the opportunity to shape marketing initiatives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:

Create and produce marketing content using Canva for various digital platforms and social media channels
Design and adapt marketing materials specifically for internal sales teams across multiple brand portfolios
Update and customize existing marketing templates to make them adaptable for consultants and field teams
Collaborate directly with the marketing manager and director on content strategy and execution
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing collateral and communications
Develop engaging social media content that drives business results and supports company growth
Work with established brand guidelines and frameworks to ensure cohesive messaging
Support marketing initiatives across the company’s diverse brand ecosystem

Requirements

Proficiency in Canva for content creation and design work
Experience with social media marketing and content development
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment
Bonus if you have experience producing marketing collateral for sales environments
It helps if you have a graphic design background, though practical marketing execution is prioritized
You bring enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented business environment.
