Schedule: Monday to Friday 10 am to 2 pm | Georgia (EST)Paid hours per week: 20 Hours
Responsibilities
Social Media Marketing
- Manage Instagram content calendar: schedule posts, write captions, and strategize content.
- Edit and post short-form videos (IG Reels, property highlights, house tours).
- Track performance through analytics to identify what’s working and refine strategies accordingly
- Design and launch campaigns through Mailchimp or BombBomb.
- Monitor engagement metrics to optimize subject lines, timing, and design.
- Design branded marketing collateral (yard signs, brochures, flyers, presentations, etc.).
- Maintain consistent branding across all platforms.
- Edit raw video footage into polished content optimized for social media.
- Updated with social media trends to create viral content
- Produce engaging visuals and print-ready materials for property promotions.
- Create web page mockups and collaborate with web developers on implementation
- Review marketing performance reports and suggest improvements based on data insights.
- Communicate effectively with team members, providing clear updates and feedback loops on all ongoing projects.
- Collaborate proactively to ensure deadlines are met and marketing goals are aligned.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Instagram marketing strategy and content scheduling
- Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp)
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, or equivalent graphic design tools
- Video editing experience
- Familiarity with web design principles (mock up creation).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
