Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Understand client goals, challenges, and opportunities to develop effective SEO and digital marketing strategies.
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor a team of SEO specialists and digital marketing executives to execute successful campaigns.
- Oversee team performance, provide feedback, and ensure continuous skill enhancement.
- Plan, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical) to drive organic traffic and lead growth.
- Coordinate with content, development, and analytics teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across all campaigns.
- Stay updated with algorithm changes and digital marketing trends to proactively adapt strategies.
- Oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns including SEO, PPC, and social media to enhance brand visibility and conversions.
- Track KPIs such as keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Analyze campaign performance, prepare client reports, and present actionable insights.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and drive measurable outcomes.
- Identify new growth opportunities and suggest innovative approaches to improve client results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, with a strong focus on SEO management.
- Proven experience leading a team of 3–8 members and managing multiple client accounts.
- Excellent understanding of SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.).
- Strong analytical, reporting, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.
- Candidates from CBSE or ICSE boards only.
