Position Summary
The Director of Culture Transformation leads the regional culture coaching strategy for Great Place to Work® Middle East, integrating consulting excellence, client success, and business growth. This role is responsible for developing and delivering high-impact culture transformation programs, managing a portfolio of key clients, mentoring internal coaches, and contributing to the brand’s presence through thought leadership and engagement across the region.
Key Responsibilities
1. Culture Coaching & Consulting Delivery
- Lead the Culture Coaching Department and ensure consistency, quality, and alignment with Great Place to Work® global standards.
- Oversee and deliver coaching engagements across the Middle East (UAE, KSA, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, and Egypt), including advisory services:
o Culture Coaching sessions and leadership development
o Focus Groups, Action Planning Workshops, and Manager Development sessions
o Leadership alignment and internal culture transformation projects
- Manage a team of internal culture coaches and external facilitators to ensure seamless project execution.
- Oversee customer experience and quality monitoring through Zoho CRM, ensuring high satisfaction and adherence to delivery timelines.
2. Brand Building & External Representation
- Represent Great Place to Work® Middle East in conferences, webinars, and regional events.
- Deliver keynote sessions and workshops that strengthen GPTW’s reputation as a thought leader in workplace culture.
- Author blogs, insights, and other thought leadership content that supports marketing and client engagement.
- Lead the Accelerate Retention Committee to enhance customer renewal and retention initiatives.
4. Internal People Development & Leadership
- Serve as a Culture Coach to the internal leadership team, driving the company’s own workplace culture initiatives.
- Lead the People Development Team to implement leadership development and employee engagement activities.
- Mentor and develop junior coaches to enhance internal capability and maintain service excellence.
- Actively contribute to leadership meetings and strategic discussions as a key member of the management team.
- Present a 6-month performance milestones focused on retention, delivery quality, and internal coach development.[SA3]

Requirements
- Strategic mindset with strong business acumen and consultative selling skills.
- Deep expertise in culture transformation, leadership development, and organizational psychology.
- Proven facilitation and executive coaching capability.
- Exceptional communication and client relationship management skills.
- Skilled in data interpretation, insights storytelling, and solution design.
- Proficiency in Zoho CRM, Emprising, and productivity tools (MS Office / Google Workspace).
- Detail-oriented while still able to communicate the "big picture."
- Ability to engage with senior leadership teams and influence decision-making.
- Strong technical and analytical skills; ability to interpret and translate survey data into actionable insights.
