We’re looking for a Product Development & Production Manager to take full ownership of the product journey — from first idea to final delivery.The role blends strategy and execution: you love getting into the details to make every piece just right. This is a hands-on role at the heart of the brand, ideal for someone with entrepreneurial drive, sharp analytical thinking, and the energy to make things happen in a fast-moving, lean team. You’ll be the one turning vision into reality, bringing products to life that people actually want to wear — every day.If you also have an eye for assortment structure and planning, that’s a big plus — but not a requirement.

About The Role

You’ll lead the product development and production process, working closely with the COO (planning, buying & operations), CEO (assortment strategy), Marketing (concept and launch alignment), and external design and pattern consultants.

You’ll play a key role in shaping products that empower confidence, comfort, and individuality, bringing our brand values to life through every piece we create. Your focus will be to bring bold, elevated products to life — balancing creativity, quality, and commercial goals. You’ll ensure each product is delivered with precision and purpose, building collections that are both strong in business and true to our brand.

Key Responsibilities

Product Development & Production

  • Own the full product development process – from design handover to final delivery.
  • Drive daily communication with suppliers to secure quality, price, lead times, and delivery.
  • Own sourcing and buying – work closely with existing suppliers, source new ones, and negotiate balanced agreements that secure both healthy margins and product quality.
  • Lead sourcing of materials and trimmings, ensuring the right quality, cost, and availability to support product development and production.
  • Ensure that sourcing and material choices align with sustainability and ethical production standards.
  • Negotiate and review supplier contracts, securing favorable terms and building long-term, transparent partnerships.
  • Maintain and update tech packs, BOMs, measurements, fitting comments, and documentation.
  • Place and follow up on production orders, ensuring timelines and quantities are aligned with plan.
  • Ensure products meet target margins and continuously optimize cost and quality.
  • Improve and streamline workflows and documentation.

Collaboration

  • Partner with design and pattern consultants to secure quality and fit.
  • Work with marketing to ensure product launches are aligned and smooth.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership to prioritize and execute effectively in a lean team.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in product development and production, ideally in lingerie, swimwear, or fashion.
  • Strong understanding of the full product lifecycle from sampling to delivery.
  • A true product enthusiast with a hands-on approach and a love for the details — someone who enjoys being close to the product and making sure every piece is just right.
  • Highly organized, energetic, and proactive with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset - thrives in a small, fast-paced environment and enjoys taking ownership.
  • Analytical and commercially driven, with the ability to make decisions based on data and insights.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Fluent in English (Swedish is a plus).
  • Bonus: experience in assortment planning or basic design skills.
