About The Role
Spines, a disruptive leader in book publishing, seeks a highly creative, results-driven Copywriter with deep expertise in BTC-branded content and U.S. market campaigns. The ideal candidate is a native U.S. English speaker immersed in American culture, understood through both writing voice and lived experience, with a proven record of shaping winning creative for U.S. audiences. This is a full-time, onsite position in our Israel office
Key Responsibilities
- Create compelling branded content for book marketing—including websites, landing pages, UX flows, email campaigns, and digital ads—tailored specifically to U.S. audiences.
- Develop and refine copy for main and branded website pages to drive visibility, engagement, and conversion, always adhering to best U.S. market practices.
- Own and optimize landing page messaging using performance data, A/B tests, and user insights—providing detailed, actionable feedback.
- Ensure cohesive brand voice across all content, with a sophisticated understanding of U.S. tone and idioms.
- Collaborate closely with designers, marketers, and product teams in a fast-paced, on-site environment to deliver strategic, high-quality campaigns.
- Analyze U.S. market trends and competitive content to maintain and advance creative leadership.
- Mentor peers on U.S.-centric messaging, style, and content impact.
Requirements
- Native U.S. English speaker (spoken and written), with proven cultural literacy in American media, brands, and storytelling.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience creating branded content focused on the U.S. market, preferably in BTC (business-to-consumer) branded, publishing, or creative agency settings.
- Exceptional portfolio demonstrating successful content and high-conversion landing page copy geared towards U.S. consumers.
- Deep knowledge of website and landing page optimization, including SEO and UX writing best practices.
- Onsite work in Israel required; ability to work collaboratively in an office environment.
- Strong feedback and communication skills; proven ability to critique landing pages and website branded content with strategic recommendations.
- Advanced knowledge of content performance metrics and analytics tools is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field; advanced writing or related certifications preferred.
