Project Quality Manager for a TenneT 2GW project.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provision of guidance and support to project managers in quality related matters
- Ensure application of the Project Quality Plan (PQP), especially under consideration of Offshore specific requirements
- Follow-up Project Key Indicators (KPI), set up action plans to be back on track in case of deviations
- Manage non-conformities within the project, including coordination with suppliers, subcontractors, and (internal) partners
- Perform RCA and non-conformance management, inclusive of PSR/8D and standard tools DMAIC, 5 why, fishbone, pareto methods
- Animate the continuous improvement actions for the project, with focus on Lessons Learned
- Providing trainings to the Team (e.g. Tools and Processes for NC, LL)
- Perform Internal Audits
- Support and guidance of the Equipment Quality team into the Auditing and surveillance of subcontractor activities, validation of quality plans from suppliers
- Ensure interface coordination between all stakeholders
- Focus on the onshore project package
Additional Information:
You will work in a Portfolio environment, focusing on a specific project, reporting to the HVDC Portfolio Leader Germany. The above mentioned tasks and the final setup within the team will be aligned with the Portfolio Leader according to the project specific needs and additionally regarding the following points:
- Manage Customer complaints until full resolution
- Manage Customer surveys including call back and improvement plan
- Participate into Project Reviews incl Engineering and Procurement gate reviews.
Requirements:
- Some experience of a leading quality activities in EPC projects
- Knowledge and experience of processes for ISO9001, ISO15288 is a plus
- Audit ability both internal and second party audits ISO9001 only is appreciated
- IT tool skills - Microsoft Office (very good Excel skills mandatory) , document control systems, non-conformance management systems, SAP, or similar. Smartsheet experience is a plus
- Degree in Engineering discipline or similar based on experience is a benefit
- Good communicator and influencer
- English is a must, minimal German skills are required or readiness to learn, fluent in German is a strong plus
